Our Story

Sugarlands Distilling Company produces craft quality moonshine and whiskey. The distillery in downtown Gatlinburg, Tenn. is a popular attraction where guests are invited to taste free samples of authentic Sugarlands Shine, take behind the-scenes tours of the production, and purchase a variety of moonshine flavors, mountain merchandise, and apparel.

1 oz Electric Orange Sippin’ Cream
½ oz Triple Sec
4 oz Orange Juice
½ cup Vanilla Ice Cream

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. 

Honeysuckle Shot

2 oz Jim Tom Hedrick's Unaged Rye
1 oz Agave Syrup
1 oz Lime Juice

Garnish shot glass with a lime wedge 

Peppermint Peach Tea

1 oz Mint Condition Peppermint Moonshine
1.5 oz Mark Rogers American Peach Moonshine
.5 oz Torani Peach Syrup
1-2 drops Orange extract
4 oz Sweet Tea

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Mix well and strain over ice in Collins glass. Garnish with a peach, orange slice and mint leaf.

Buttery ButterScotch Rum

1 oz Butterscotch Gold Moonshine
.5 of Butter Pecan Sippin' Cream
1 oz Mark & Digger's Hazelnut Rum
1.5 tsp of unsalted Butter
.5 Tbsp of Brown Sugar
1 Cup of Hot Water
Pinch of Cinnamon
Pinch Grated Nutmeg
Pinch Ground Cloves  
 
Combine all spices, butter, and brown sugar in large coffee mug. Stir mixture well with a fork. Add the alcoholic ingredients, and top with barely boiling water. Stir well until fully combined and top with whipped cream.

Rooted Russian

1 oz Root Beer Moonshine
1 oz Dark Chocolate Coffee Sippin' Cream
2 oz Half and Half

Mix all ingredients over ice in rocks glass. Garnish with Maraschino Cherry

Moonshine Cake

1.5 of M&D Hazelnut Rum
1 oz Vanilla Vodka

Mix both ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain in to a shot glass. Garnish with sugar coated Lemon wedge.

Apple Tea

3 oz of Unsweetened Black Tea 
1 oz of Appalachian Apple Pie Moonshine
1 oz Mark and Digger's Rye Apple
1 TSP of Honey
1 oz Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice

Mix ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake well and strain over ice in Collins glass. Top with a splash of ginger ale and garnish with apple slice.

Lemon Zinger

2 oz Old Fashioned Lemonade Moonshine
3 oz Sugarlands Cosmo Mix
Top with Lemon Seltzer

Build both ingredients over ice in glass. Top with seltzer and garnish with cranberries and a slice of lemon.

Prickly Pumpkin Rye

1.5 oz Pumpkin Spice Moonshine
1 oz Jim Tom Hedrick's Unaged Rye
5 oz of Sanpellegrino Prickly Pear

Mix liquids over ice and garnish with an orange wheel.

Mountain Morning

1.5 oz Dark Chocolate Coffee Appalachian Sippin’ Cream
.5 oz of Silver Cloud
2 oz Half and Half
2 oz Premium Cold Brew Coffee

Build all ingredients over ice in glass. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and a segment of dark chocolate or dark chocolate shavings.

Mint Chocolate Chiller

3 oz of Dark Chocolate Coffee Sippin’ Cream
1 oz of Mint Condition Peppermint Moonshine

Combine Sippin’ Cream and Moonshine. Pour liquid over ice and garnish with a sprig of mint. 

Bubbly Green Apple

2 oz Appalachian Apple Pie
1 oz Pomegranate Juice
2.5 oz Champagne

In a champagne flute with crushed ice combine all ingredients in order. Stir well and garnish with a green apple slice on rim.

Rye Apple Lemonade

1.5 oz Mark and Diggers Rye Apple Moonshine

3 oz Lemonade

1.5 oz Club Soda

Build all ingredients in rocks glass with ice. Stir slowly and garnish with a lemon wheel and dusting of cinnamon.

Blackberry Sunset
3 oz Blockader's Blackberry Moonshine
3 oz Pineapple Juice
2 oz Club Soda
Dash of Cayenne Pepper 
Pineapple to garnish
Blackberry to garnish

Build ingredients over ice. Add garnish and top with a dash of Cayene Pepper.
Strawberry Mint Sipper

2 oz Mint Condition Peppermint Moonshine
1 oz Strawberry Syrup
4 oz Lemon Lime Soda

Muddle 1 quartered strawberry and 2 mint leaves in the bottom of glass. Add ice. Combine syrup and moonshine in mixing tin with ice. Shake well and strain over muddled glass. Top with lemon lime soda and garnish with a whole strawberry and mint leaf.

The Toasted Pecan

1.5 oz Butter Pecan

.5 oz Silver Cloud

Dash of Vanilla Extract

Top with Soda (roughly 4 oz)

 

Combine first 3 ingredients in mixing tin with ice. Shake well and strain over ice in glass. Top with soda water carefully. Garnish with slight cinnamon

dusting over foam

Sparkling Silver Clouds

1.5 oz of Silver Cloud Tennessee Sour Mash Moonshine
4 oz Sparkling Pomegranate Juice
2 oz of Original Cider
Squeeze a wedge of lime juice to top it off

Cran-Pumpkin Mule

1.5 oz Pumpkin Spice Moonshine
1.5 oz Cranberry Juice
1.5 oz Ginger Ale

Mix moonshine, cranberry juice and ginger ale in shaker and pour in glass over ice. Garnish with fresh cranberries.

 

Pumpkin Pecan Chiller

2 oz Butter Pecan Sippin’ Cream
3 oz Pumpkin Spice Moonshine

Combine moonshine and sippin’ cream in a shaker with ice and shake. Strain liquid into glass rimmed with sugar in the raw. 

Butter Pecan Martini

1 oz Butter Pecan Appalachian Sippin’ Cream
1.5 oz Dark Rum
1 oz Half and Half

Combine ingredients in mixing tin with ice. Shake well and strain in to rimmed* martini glass. Garnish with two toasted pecans floating in drink.

Rim= 50/50 ratio of brown sugar and sugar in the raw

Campfire Cocoa Coffee

1.5 oz Dark Chocolate Coffee Appalachian Sippin’ Cream
1 oz Butterscotch Gold Shine
4 oz Hot Cocoa

Combine all ingredients in glass. Top with 3 or 4 large marshmallows (enough to pack the top of the glass). Lightly brûlée the marshmallows and then top with drizzle of caramel 

Pumpkin Spice Apple Ale

2 oz Pumpkin Spice Moonshine
4 oz Apple Cider
2 oz Ginger Ale

Quarter apple slices and stack in a tall glass. Shake ingredients with ice and pour over apple slices. 

Mulled Rye Apple Cider Bowl

12.5 oz Mark and Diggers Rye Apple
50 oz of Apple Cider
2 sliced oranges
2 sliced Gala Apples
1 tsp whole cloves
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/8 tsp of nutmeg

Combine all ingredients except moonshine in a large saucepan. Heat on low until simmering. Simmer for roughly 15 mins but make sure it is not reducing too much. Pour in to punch bowl and add in moonshine. Stir well and serve hot.

Candied Bacon Bloody Mary

2 oz Maple Bacon
5 oz Premium Bloody Mary Mix
1/4 tsp of brown sugar 

In a glass with ice combine all ingredients except brown sugar. Stir well and garnish with brown sugar dusting and a strip of candied bacon*.

*candied bacon- In a large skillet cook 4 pieces of thick cut bacon. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Once cooked, place bacon on large raised edge cookie sheet. Pour Butterscotch Gold over bacon covering each piece completely. Bake at 350 for roughly 6 to 7 minutes or until it begins to crisp up slightly.

Melon Cloud Punch

10 oz Silver Cloud
10 oz Premium Melon Liqueur
8 oz Mango Juice
4 oz Orange Juice
20 oz Pineapple Juice

Pour all ingredients in a large punch bowl. Stir well and insert cut segments of de-rinded fresh pineapple and orange slices. Chill in fridge for 12 hours to saturate fruit. Top each glass with soda to add fizz.

Southern Mint Tea

1.5 oz of Mint Condition Peppermint
1 oz of Southern Sweet Tea Moonshine
4 oz of Unsweet Iced Black Tea
.25 tsp of sugar
3 mint leaves
2 lemon wedges

 

Muddle the sugar, 2 mint leaves and one lemon in the bottom of a glass with Sweet Tea moonshine. Add ice, Peppermint moonshine and tea. Garnish with remaining lemon wedge and mint leaf.

Adult PB&J Shake

2 oz of PB&J Moonshine
2 scoops of Haagen Daz Peanut Butter Ice Cream
3 oz of Milk
1 scoop of crushed ice
Squeezable Grape Jelly

Blend all ingredients except for the jelly in a blender. In a frozen glass swirl the squeezable jelly in a swirl up the glass. Quickly pour in blended drink for beautiful presentation.

Blue Raspberry Cooler

1.5 oz Blueberry Muffin
.5 oz of Blue Curacao 
.5 oz of Monin Raspberry Syrup
3 oz of Sugarlands Margarita mix
2 oz of Lemon Lime Soda

Combine first 4 ingredients in a mixing tin with ice. Shake well and strain over ice in glass. Top with lemon lime soda and garnish with a raspberry.

Mountain Cosmo

2 oz of Mark and Diggers Rye Apple
4 oz of Sugarlands Cosmo Mixer
1 oz of Ginger Beer  

Build ingredients over ice and stir well. Top with ginger beer and candied lemon peel.

Blackberry Margarita
1 oz of Silver Cloud Moonshine
1 oz of Blockader's Blackberry Moonshine
.5 oz of Monin Blackberry Syrup
4 oz of Sugarlands Margarita Mix
 
Build all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Garnish glass with a sugar rim. Strain mixing tin over ice in glass and garnish with a blackberry and lime wedge skewer.
Watermelon Mojito
1.5 oz of Silver Cloud
.75 oz of Lemonade
4 oz of Pureed Watermelon chunks
.5 oz of Lime Juice
5 mint leaves (2 for garnish)
 
Muddle Mint in the Silver Cloud in the bottom of the glass. Fill to top with ice. Add Lemonade and lime juice. Top with watermelon puree and shake in same glass with mixing tin. Top with a splash of lemon lime soda and garnish with mint and watermelon spear.
Blue Hawaiian
2 oz Blueberry Muffin Moonshine
3 oz of Pineapple Juice
.5 oz of Silver Cloud Moonshine
2 oz of Coconut Cream
 
Combine Moonshine, coconut cream and pineapple juice in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain over ice in rocks glass. Top with soda water and garnish with a pineapple leaf.
Blackberry Rosè Lemonade
1.5 oz of Old Fashioned Lemonade Moonshine
1.5 oz of Blockader's Blackberry Moonshine
2 oz of Rosè
 
Build ingredients as follows in Champagne flute (we chose a wine glass) with crushed ice, Old Fashioned Lemonade Moonshine, Rosè and then top with Blockader's Blackberry Moonshine. Garnish with frozen blackberry.
LemonCran Shineade
2 oz Old Fashioned Lemonade Moonshine
Cranberry Juice
1/2 Fresh Squeezed Lemon
Lemon Wedge
 
Pour 2 oz Old Fashioned Lemonade Moonshine over ice. Add fresh squeezed lemon and top with Cranberry Juice. Garnish with a lemon wedge. 
Blueberry Margarita
2 oz of Sugarlands Blueberry Muffin Moonshine
1.5 oz of Lime Juice
1 oz of Lemon Juice
1 oz of Orange Juice
.5 oz of Simple Syrup
 
Sugar rim of margarita glass. Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin with ice. Shake well and strain over ice, or blend with ice for a frozen option, in a margarita glass. Garnish with a spear of blueberries and small lime segments.
Spiced Pineapple
2 oz of Sugarlands Silver Cloud Moonshine
.75 oz of Mark Roger’s American Peach Moonshine
2 oz of Pineapple Juice
2 oz of Grapefruit Juice
.75 oz of Lime Juice
.5 oz of Grenadine
.25 oz of Angostura Bitters
 
Combine all ingredients (minus grenadine) in a mixing tin with ice. Shake well and strain over ice in Hurricane glass. Sink grenadine all over the top to create streaking effect. Garnish with pineapple wedge and pineapple leaf.
Blackberry Mule
2 oz Blockader's Blackberry Moonshine
Ginger Beer
½ Fresh Squeezed Lime
Lime Wedge
Blackberries
 
Pour moonshine over ice (add blackberrries if desired). Squeeze in half a lime and top off with ginger beer. Garnish with lime wedge. 
Triple Berry Daiquiri

1 oz of Sugarlands Silver Cloud Moonshine

1 oz of Sugarlands Blockader's Blackberry Moonshine

2 oz of Strawberry Puree

1/2 cup of Blackberries

1/2 cup of Raspberries

2 scoops of Ice

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend well and pour into Hurricane glass. Garnish with three berries on a spear.

Adult Root Beer Float

2 scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream

2 oz Sugarlands Root Beer Moonshine

1 oz Sugarlands Butterscotch Gold Moonshine

1 scoop of Ice

4 oz Root Beer

Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend thoroughly and top with a little whipped cream to give appearance of foam.

Peach Tennessee Cosmo
2 oz of Mark Roger’s American Peach Moonshine
2 oz Cranberry Juice
1 oz Orange Juice
.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz Water
.25 oz of Honey
 
 
Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain over ice in a Collins glass and garnish with a lime zest twist.
Apple Pie Sunshine
1.5 oz Appalachian Apple Pie Moonshine
.5 oz Triple Sec
.5 Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup
 
 
Combine all ingredients in mixing tin with ice, shake, serve over ice and garnish with a lemon wedge. 
Rye Pear Fizz

1.5 oz of Mark and Digger's Rye Apple
2 oz of Pear Juice
1.5 oz of Cranberry Juice
2 oz of Cava or Prosecco

Combine first 3 ingredients in mixing tin with ice. Strain into champagne flute and top with your choice of Cava or Prosecco. Garnish with pear spear. You can also pour this over your choice of mixed fruit to make adult fruit cups!

Mint Cookie Martini

2 oz Mint Condition Peppermint Moonshine
1 oz of Irish Cream
4 oz of Chocolate Milk

Rim martini glass with marshmallow fluff and crushed chocolate Teddy Graham's. In a mixing tin with ice combine 3 ingredients and shake. Strain in to a martini glass with garnish.

Root Beer Colada

2 oz of Root Beer Moonshine

4 oz Club Soda

1/4 tsp of Coco Real

3 Mint Leaves

Combine all ingredients in mixing tin with ice. Shake well and pour directly in a highball glass. Garnish with toasted coconut and mint sprig. 

Blueberry Moroccan Tea

1.5 oz Mint Condition Peppermint Moonshine
5 oz Unsweetened Green Tea
1/4 tsp of honey
5 frozen blueberries

Combine all ingredients (except blueberries) in a mixing tin with ice. Shake well and strain over ice and frozen blueberries. Garnish with a mint leaf.

Creamy Root Beer

1.5 oz of Root Beer Moonshine

3 oz of Cream Soda

2 oz of Club Soda

Build ingredients over ice and stir slowly. 

Sugar Plum Lemonade

2 oz Old Fashioned Lemonade Moonshine

1 oz Vodka

4 oz Sparkling White Grape Juice

1 oz Cranberry Juice

.25 oz of Fresh Lime Juice

Build ingredients over ice. Stir and garnish with a spear of 3 sugar rolled red grapes.

The Cucumber Clover

1.5 oz Mint Condition Moonshine
Lemonade
2 Cucumber Wheels

Muddle 2 cucumber wheels in a glass. Add ice and top with your favorite non-alcoholic lemonade and our Mint Condition moonshine. Optional cucumber to garnish.

The Electric Baker

2 oz Blueberry Muffin Moonshine

1/2 Lemon

6 oz Lemon Lime Soda

.25 oz Vanilla Extract

Cut Lemon half in to 4 wedges. Squeeze lemons into bottom of glass and leave there. Place crushed ice in glass over lemons. Add remaining ingredients and shake with mixing tin.

Thyme in the Clouds

1 oz Silver Cloud Moonshine

1 oz Old Fashioned Lemonade Moonshine

1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

2 Sprigs of Thyme

3 oz of Soda

6 oz Lemon Lime Soda

Place first 4 ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake well, don't strain but pour in highball glass. Add more ice. Top with sodas and garnish with a lemon squeeze and sprig of thyme.

Shirley Tom

1.25 oz Jim Toms Unaged Rye

.75 oz Triple Sec

5 oz Cherry Soda

Build ingredients over ice. Garnish with an orange twist and maraschino cherry.

Dr.Digger

2 oz Mark and Digger's Rye Apple

2 oz Soda

1 oz Apple Cider

.25 oz Simple syrup

.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

2 splashes of Bitters

Add all ingredients, except for soda, in shaker with ice. Shake well and strain over ice. Top with soda.

Blackberry Creamsicle

4 oz Blockaders Blackberry Moonshine

4 fresh Blackberries

2 scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream

2 oz Milk

Blend all ingredients together in a blender and it's ready to serve!

Caramel Apple Tini

3 oz Appalachian Apple Pie Moonshine
1 oz Vodka
2 oz Apple Juice
Caramel
Slice of Granny Smith apple

Drizzle Martini glass with caramel zig zag. Combine liquid ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake well and strain over caramel drizzled martini glass. Garnish with apple slice.

Sunspot Apple Shinetini

1.5 oz. Appalachian Apple Pie Moonshine

Champagne

Garnish with cinnamon.

The King

1 oz PB&J Moonshine

1 oz Baileys

1 oz Banana Liquor

1 oz Half and Half

Mix all ingredients in shaker with ice. Strain into shot glass.

Gatlinburg Chai

2 oz Southern Sweet Tea

4 oz Hot Milk

2 oz Water

Pinch of Cinnamon

Pinch of Allspice

Pinch of Nutmeg

Pinch of Cloves

Boil the milk and water with the spices. Pour in glass mug with mooonshine. Top with whipped cream and cinnamon sprinkle.

Lunch Box Martini

2 oz. PB & J Sugarlands Shine

2 oz. Grape Juice

1 oz. Half and Half

Combine ingredients in mixing tin with ice. Garnish martini glass rim with marshmellow fluff and crushed graham cracker. Strain chilled ingredients in to garnished martini glass. 

Rye Apple Poinsettia
1.5 oz Mark and Diggers Rye Apple
3.5 oz Champagne 
2 oz Cranberry juice
 
Build ingredients in champagne flute or a special glass of your choosing. 
Garnish with apple slice.
Cider Shine

Simply mix 1 cup of your favorite hot apple cider and 2 oz. of your choice of Tickle's Dynamite Cinnamon or Appalachian Apple Pie Moonshine!

Christmas Mojito

8 oz. fresh cranberries

1 cup sugar

1 cup water

20 mint leaves

2 tablespoons lime juice

4 oz. Silver Cloud Moonshine

Soda water

Ice

(fresh cranberries as optional garnish)

Put cranberries, sugar and water in a medium saucepan and bring to a simmer. Lower the heat to low and continue to cook for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat before the berries start bursting. Let it cool completely.

Once the berry mixture has cooled, strain and discard the berries.

Put about 10 leaves of mint and 1 tablespoon lime juice into each glass, with the back of a wooden spoon or muddler mash the mint.

Add ice to each glass and pour 4 oz. of the cranberry syrup  and 2 oz. Silver Cloud into each glass.

Top off each glass with soda water and float a few fresh cranberries as garnish. 

Apple Cranberry Sauce

Zest of an orange

1 cup of Orange Juice

½  cup Appalachian Apple Pie Moonshine

1 bag of cranberries

½ cup of sugar

Pinch of salt

Heat in medium sauce pan, stir until sugar dissolves (2-3 min), stir in cranberries and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until cranberries burst and sauce has thickened slightly (about 7 min.), sweeten with more sugar if desired.

1 oz. Sugarlands Silver Cloud Moonshine

2 oz. Cranberry Juice

2 oz. Apple Juice

2 oz. Ginger Beer

Pour over ice and stir.

Hot Chocolate Bar

8 oz. Hot Chocolate

2 oz. of Sugarlands Shine

Mix well and top with your favorite seasonal sweets!

We used Tickle's Dynamite Cinnamon, Butterscotch Gold, and Blockader's Blackberry.

1.5 oz. Old Fashioned Lemonade Sugarlands Shine

1.5 oz. Blueberry Muffin Sugarlands Shine

.5 oz. Lemon Juice

.5 oz. Simple Syrup

Remove rinds and muddle 2 slices of orange in a pint glass.

Add ice, shine, and OJ to glass then Top w/ Lemon Lime soda.

Garnish with remaining orange slice.

2 oz. Sugarlands Shine Silver Cloud
1/4 Grapefruit
1 Sugar cube
Club soda


Muddle grapefruit with 1 sugar cube. Pour grapefruit and moonshine over ice then top with club soda. Garnish with lime and a grapefruit twist or zest.

750 ml Sparkling Wine or Champagne
6 oz. White Grape Juice

2 oz Jim Tom's Unaged Rye Sugarlands Shine

1.25 oz Apricot syrup (or to taste)

4 dashes of Angostura Bitters

8 fresh mint leaves

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the fresh mint then ice. Strain onto fresh ice in double highball glass. Garnish with fresh mint sprig.

Mountain Mama Lemonade

3 ounces Old Fashioned Lemonade Sugarlands Shine

3 Strawberries, sliced & muddled

1.5 ounces Rosemary simple syrup*

Club soda

In the bottom of a glass, muddle the strawberries with the cooled rosemary simple syrup. Add ice to glass & pour shine over ice. Top with club soda. 

*Making Rosemary Simple Syrup: Simmer water in a small pot with 2 to 3 sprigs of rosemary with equal amount of sugar until sugar is dissolved.

Caribbean Coffee Cooler

2 ounces Butterscotch Gold Sugarlands shine

.5 ounce dark rum

4 ounces iced coffee

.75 ounce whipped cream (2 big dollops)

Directions: Blend with ice or serve shaken over ice. Top with whipped cream and shaved chocolate

Watermelon Habanero Margarita

1.5 ounces habanero-infused Silver Cloud Sugarlands Shine*

.75 ounce Lime juice

.75 ounce Lemon juice

1.5 ounces Simple syrup**

3 ounces Watermelon, pureed

Directions: Shake and strain all ingredients into pint glass. Garnish with a cucumber slice.

*Infuse for 8 hours THEN REMOVE; 1 Jar of Silver Cloud with 3 habaneros, quartered and deseeded.

**Equal parts sugar and water; heat mixture until sugar dissolves.

2 ounces Mango juice

1 ounce Water (to cut thickness of mango juice)

1.5 oz Jim Tom Unaged Rye
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
2 Sprigs fresh Dill
2 Thick Cucumber Wheels
.5 oz Salt Water

Muddle 1 Cucumber wheel, sprigs of dill
and salt water in the bottom of rocks glass. 
Add ice, Jim Tom moonshine, and Lemon juice then stir slowly.
Top with Soda water and garnish with a Cucumber wheel

Watermelon Chiller

SERVINGS: 4

4 cups watermelon pieces, frozen; plus wedges for garnish (optional)

8 oz. Old Fashioned Lemonade Sugarlands Shine 

Freeze in a layer of watermelon cubes on a lined baking sheet until solid.

Purée watermelon and Old Fashioned Lemonade Sugarlands Shine in a blender until smooth and very thick.
Divide among glasses and garnish with watermelon wedges.

1/2 cup of Maple Syrup
1/4 cup of Butterscotch Gold Sugarlands Shine Moonshine

Combine ingredients into a small sauce pan, stir until warm. Pour over a large stack of pancakes or vanilla ice cream.  

Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Pineapple juice

Ice

Pour Butterscotch Gold moonshine over ice and top with pineapple juice. Garnish with grilled pound cake and pineapple piece.

Muddle basil leaves into cocktail. Shake and strain into martini glass. Garnish with pickled okra.

Cranberry Margarita

1 cup cranberry juice cocktail

1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice

1/4 cup Silver Cloud Sugarlands Shine

1/4 cup Triple sec (or other orange liqueur)

Ice and fresh cranberries for garnish

Combine cranberry juice cocktail, lime juice, Silver Cloud moonshine, and Triple sec in a glass pitcher and stir. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh cranberries. Yields 3-4 servings.

2 bottles red table wine

1 1/2 cup orange juice

1 cup pomegranate juice

3 cinnamon sticks

Combine all ingredients into large glass pitcher and chill for 2 hours - 2 days. Makes about 8 servings.

Pour 2 oz. of Sugarlands Shine Butterscotch Gold over ice and top with equal parts cream soda and ginger beer and stir.

For the beautiful candy rim, crush Butterscotch candies in a small baggie. Next dip the rim of your pint glass into lemon juice, then dip the rim directly into your crushed Butterscotch candy.

1/4 part ginger liquor

1/2 squeeze of lemon juice

Dash of nutmeg & cinnamon sugar

Unaged Rye Moonshine

1tbsp dried cherries

3 slices of orange

2 dashes of bitters

1 sugar cube

1 tsp water

Place dried cherries and 2oz Jim Tom Unaged Rye in a small bowl overnight, allowing cherries to soak in moonshine. In the bottom of a rocks glass, muddle re-hydrated cherries, orange slices, sugar cube and water. Remove orange rinds. Top with 2oz Jim Tom Unaged Rye and ice. Garnish with orange slice.

Ginger Ale

Ice

Pour Appalachian Apple Pie moonshine over ice and top with Ginger Ale.

Peach Tea Daiquiri

6oz Southern Sweet Tea

Moonshine

2oz fresh lime juice

1oz confectioners sugar

3c crushed ice

3c peaches, slightly thawed or fresh

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Serve in wine glass. Serves 4-5. Garnish fresh peach slice.

1 1/2oz triple sec

1oz fresh lime juice

Kosher Salt
