1 ½ oz Jim Tom Hendrick's Unaged Rye Sugarlands Shine
¾ oz Blockader’s Blackberry Sugarlands Shine
2 dashes of bitters
In the bottom of a highball glass, muddle one blackberry, lemon wheel and bitters. Add smoked ice, then Jim Tom's Unaged Rye and Blockader’s Blackberry. Garnish with a Benton’s bacon and blackberry skewer.
*Smoked Ice: Freeze hotel pan of ice. Thaw in smoker. Once ice is liquid and infused with smoky flavor, refreeze.
